Starry Lane Bakery gets its name from our childhood home in the Pocono Mountains. For us the name invokes a feeling of warmth, like coming in from a day of playing out in the snow and sitting with a warm chocolate chip cookie and a glass of milk. We have tried to package that feeling into our baked goods to share that warmth and the joy of our childhood with you. Whether it be a chocolate chunk cookie or our delicate biscotti, from our home to yours, we know you will enjoy every morsel of our delicious and lovingly baked cookies.

 

Starry Lane Bakery was formed to change the face of allergen free foods forever. Sweet and crispy, or chocolaty and gooey, the simple pleasure of a fresh baked cookie is an experience that everyone should be able to enjoy. Our artisan cookies are guaranteed to be free of the 6 most common food allergens, and tasty enough to rival your local bakery. So whether you desire our delicate biscotti for afternoon tea, or a chewy chocolate chip to stock your cookie jar, you can stop settling for “generic” snacks, and indulge in a truly tempting treat free of worry.

 

We have created the ultimate indulgences without animal products or the six most common food allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, egg, gluten, and soy).  At our state of the art facility we do not make any products that contain any of these ingredients therefore there is no opportunity for cross contamination. We rigorously check our vendors to rule out any possible cross-contamination. So please enjoy our baked goods with the peace of mind that they are safe to eat and delicious.
